Prof. Dr. Alaa-Eldin Adris works across strategic management, corporate and family governance, institutional development, and innovation. His career spans more than 38 years in academic, industrial, and advisory roles in Egypt, Canada, and Saudi Arabia.

He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, an MSc from the University of Salford, and a BSc from Cairo University. He is also certified in corporate governance and board directorship by IFC.

His work has included innovation policy, intellectual property and commercialization, education-industry collaboration, and institutional transformation. He has contributed to national bodies and initiatives concerned with education, research, innovation, and social development.

Dr. Mervat Monier Abdel Aziz advises on organizational development, people management, family and corporate governance, business psychology, psychometric assessment, and leadership development. Her experience spans more than 30 years across multinational and local organizations in banking, services, automotive, retail, nongovernmental organizations, energy, trade, and real estate.

She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Cairo University, with research on emotional intelligence and implementing governance systems in family businesses. She also holds an MBA from Cairo University focused on human resources management and feasibility studies, alongside board and psychometric assessment credentials.

Her work has included governance systems, organization and performance management, leadership assessment and development, organizational change, and human resources operations.

Prof. Dr. Abdelaziz Hashem is a professor of Business Administration at Cairo University and works in institutional development, strategic planning, organizational transformation, and performance management. His advisory and governance experience includes public and private organizations in Egypt and the Gulf.

He holds a PhD in Business Administration and an MSc in Organizational Analysis from Cairo University. He is also a certified EFQM Excellence Assessor.

His work has included strategic planning, organizational restructuring, performance systems, executive education, and developing academic programs and curricula.
